Electrodes

Electrodes used in bio and neurofeedback are crucial components for measuring and monitoring physiological and neurological signals.

They are used in combination with snap-on sensors and serve as interfaces between the body and the NeXus system.

Regardless of the type of feedback being utilized, electrodes need to be properly placed and maintained to ensure accurate signal acquisition. Proper skin preparation (cleaning and exfoliating) and the use of conductive gel (if required) are important for achieving good electrode-skin contact and minimizing electrical impedance.
